Due to the nature of our work and the idiosyncrasies of stone-in-place casting all of our items are one-of-a-kind, so will vary slightly from any photographs or items in stock. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or you feel it is not in keeping with your request we would be happy to exchange it for you. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
All of our diamonds are either Kimberley-certified OR recycled from antique jewellery but each stone is unique and they all vary in size and colour. Please be aware that for this reason rings of the same style can sometimes also vary in price. For bespoke rings we can photograph the stones that we have in stock so that you can choose which stone/s we use.
For bespoke orders we require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your order and cannot not start work until this has been received. We will then request the balance to be paid in full before shipping. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Goods remain the property of Polly Wales Fine Jewellery Inc. until paid for in full.
